LOCATION: Winter Garden, FL
SCHEDULE: 40/HRS Week
PAY RANGE: $20.00 an hour paid weekly

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Escrow Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide administrative and client support to our Escrow Department, ensuring smooth and efficient closing processes for residential real estate transactions.
The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will partner closely with escrow officers and other team members to deliver exceptional client service while maintaining accuracy and compliance across all files.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a variety of administrative and operational tasks to support the escrow process
Open new escrow orders, input closing statement information, and prepare documentation for closing
Handle disbursements, post-closing follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of all escrow transactions
Communicate requirements, updates, and instructions to clients, agents, lenders, and other parties
Interpret agreements as they relate to closing and prepare required transaction documents
Maintain professionalism and a positive customer service attitude at all times
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies and procedures
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to overall operational efficiency
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an escrow or title-related role (residential focus preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Customer service–driven with a problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment
Experience using escrow or title production systems preferred
