IF YOU ARE NOT A SKILLED STUCCO OR PLASTER TRADESMAN DO NOT APPLY. Construction 37 is seeking an experienced stucco lather and plaster specialist in Southern California. Plastering entails, a great deal of dexterity and speed. It involves the coating of internal walls and ceilings with different types of plaster in order that they’re ready to be decorated, and the coating of external surfaces with appropriate materials, such as cement or sand. Stucco Repairs include demo, waterproofing and reapplication.

Responsibilities:

Clean job sites and cover surfaces such as windows, doors, or sidewalks to protect from splashing.

Prepare walls and ceilings for stucco and cement by cleaning, taping and fixing any holes or cracks.

Finish coat, use brushes and trowels, sand, pebbles and stones.

MUST have experience with stucco and plaster!

Ability to work fast and efficiently

Transportation to job sites

Beneficial to have own tools

Job Details:

Monday through Friday

Hours are approximately 7:30-4:00

Pay ranges from $22 to $28 an hour based on experience.
