Operations Supervisor – U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)

Position Summary
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations within an immigration detention facility operating under U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention standards. The supervisor provides direct leadership to detention officers and ensures that facility operations are conducted safely, professionally, and in compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the safe and orderly operation of the facility during their assigned shift and may serve as the senior operational authority during that period. The Operations Supervisor monitors staff performance, coordinates operational activities, and supports facility leadership in maintaining a secure and orderly environment for staff, detainees, and visitors.
