We're growing and looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead our residential concrete crews.

This is a hands-on leadership role. We're looking for someone who can run a crew, keep projects moving, communicate professionally, and deliver exceptional craftsmanship. If you lead by example and take pride in quality work, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

Lead and supervise a residential concrete crew

Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and daily job activities

Keep projects on schedule while maintaining high quality standards

Communicate with homeowners, office staff, inspectors, and subcontractors

Oversee all phases of the project including forming, rebar, pouring, finishing, and curing

Train and mentor crew members

Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site

What We're Looking For

15+ years of concrete experience, including crew leadership or foreman experience

Strong experience with flatwork, forming, finishing, and decorative concrete

Ability to operate equipment and confidently lead a crew

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
