About the Role:

Join Caring Companions, LLC as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients within the Torrington and surrounding town areas. Seeking those who are passionate, reliable and want to make a difference in a senior's life.

To be considered:

• Have a valid driver's license and own vehicle
• Have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Professional Caregiver
• Punctual
• Reliable

• Can work independently and as a team member

Hiring ASAP: Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9am-7pm and Tuesday and Thursday 9am-12pm and 4pm-7pm $22/hour Male Client 1 dog in home Companionship, Light housekeeping, Transportation as needed, Stand by Assist with ADL's.

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities.

Assist clients with mobility, ensuring their safety and comfort.

Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.

Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members regarding care plans.

Document care provided and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.

Adhere to all safety and health protocols to ensure the well-being of clients.

Requirements:

Current CNA certification in the state of Connecticut or HHA.

Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lift and move clients safely.

Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others.

Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours.

Basic understanding of medical terminology and care practices.

Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings.
