Key Responsibilities:

Act as an enthusiastic ambassador for our clients

Present visual marketing and promotional materials with consumers

Ensure clients service standards are being met

Up-selling current customers

Resolve any customer issues

Execute events to help build brand awareness

Ensure retail operations procedures, and best practices are being adhered to

Act as a key liaison between store management and team members

Ensure weekly and monthly reporting is completed on time and accurately

Collaborate with the management to build strategy surrounding retail efforts

Assist in networking and recruiting quality talent

Support training classes and provide mentorship to staff

Evaluate store’s performance weekly, monthly and YTD

Achieve set targets and KPI’s by providing sales leadership to store teams to inspire and enable them to meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly sales goal

Requirements:

BA/BS preferred

1+ years prior professional experience in retail required

1+ years of experience in people management including coaching, motivation and development of direct reports preferred
