Location: Benton, Ky Reports to: Process Engineer Purpose This position will assist engineering and manufacturing to drive improvements with manufacturing processes and deliver performance through process control and improvement initiatives. The person in this role as well will have the opportunity to gain hands on experience in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities - Plan, conduct, and assist with the implementation and technical training of production processes - Document process changes and create/update SOPS (Standard Operating Procedures) - Conduct Trial Analysis - Scan and archive past documentation - Focus on developing competencies, engineering skills, and how/when to apply Qualifications - Currently enrolled at an accredited institution for a bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a standing level of sophomore or higher. - Self-motivated with a high-level attention to detail - Ability to multi-task and take a hands-on approach - Strong communication skills required - Ability to use the following software applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and AutoCAD 3A Composites is a leading player in segments such as composite panels for high-quality facades and display applications.
