About the Role
We are seeking a 3D Artist to create high-quality assets within an Unreal Engine–first, real-time production pipeline. This role focuses on delivering production-ready assets that balance visual fidelity, performance, and scalability. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple visual styles, understands real-time constraints, and collaborates closely with creative and technical partners in a fast-moving production environment.
This role will support the development of stylized, high-quality content for kids and family audiences, requiring a strong sense of shape language, appeal, and readability.
Create high-quality 3D assets for use in real-time Unreal Engine pipelines
Work across a wide range of visual styles, with an emphasis on stylized and appealing designs for kids and family content
Build clean, efficient meshes optimized for real-time rendering and performance
Author, implement, and iterate on materials using Unreal Engine's material system
Prepare, optimize, and integrate static meshes within Unreal Engine
Collaborate with artists, designers, and technical team members to meet creative, performance, and production goals
Support asset optimization, iteration, and scalability across production
Help establish, document, and maintain best practices for asset creation and real-time integration
