RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Operations Coordinator, you will work hands-on with the Business Development and Recruitment team to ensure the administrative tasks are completed throughout our project placement process. A Operations Coordinator will be heavily evolved in industry research, client scheduling, data entry, data management, and process.

ESSENTIAL TASKS AND EXPECTED RESULTS:

• Source, organize, and update sensitive company data through our CRM system
• Assist team with launching and managing client searches
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for clients
• Assisting with managing activity and performance metrics
• Create and organize prospect lists for company search projects
• Create position outlines and presentations
• Post all assigned positions to our website and social media channel

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with Business Development and perform day-to-day administrative tasks
• Conduct client reference checks
• Assisting with client invoicing and accounts receivable
• Set up service agreements for new clients
• Assist with various marketing projects to build company brand & generate leads
• Implement new ways of tracking data that assists in the growth of the company
• Conduct market research and track industry trends to provide insight to staff

REQUIREMENTS:

• 0-5 years of consistent professional work experience
• Bachelor’s or Associates degree preferred
• Proficient computer skills which would include MS-Office applications, social media platforms, and CRM systems
• Position reports into our Fair Lawn office

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree:(Preferred)
• Associates degree: (Required)

COMPENSATION:

• BASE SALARY WITH HIGHLY INCENTIVIZED AND BONUS PLAN.
