    JOB OVERVIEW:

    As a Sales and Recruiting Account Executive, you will learn how to work hands-on with our Business Develop team to locate, assess, evaluate and quality candidates for our clients across each sector of the market we serve. The focus is to develop a high volume of relationships within an industry sector to achieve a level of valuable insight for our clients. Over time, you will learn about all the companies in sector and determine who are the top producers within each division. As a result, you will learn and embody exceptional candidate and client generation, time management skills and most importantly, grow an unbeatable practice revolving around effective relationship building.

    ESSENTIAL TASKS AND EXPECTATIONS:

    •  Conduct & complete detailed discovery calls with prospects and potential candidates.
    •  Present opportunities and requirements to candidates
    •  Source, qualify and produce highly qualified candidates to present to our clients.
    •  Develop ethical relationships and expand your network for consistent referral base.
    •  Participate in client discovery calls and assist with designing internal job description.
    •  Post all assigned positions to our website and social media channels.
    •  Strategize with Managing Director & peers to assist and launch all new client opportunities.
    •  Collaborate and strategize with your team daily on all ongoing client opportunities.
    •  Coordinate logistical interviews between clients and candidates.
    •  Collect, assess, and conduct detailed reference checks.
    •  Ascertain industry information and identify market trends.
    •  Attend annual trade shows for continuous networking and relationship development.

     

    Perform other duties as assigned. The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all-inclusive.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 1-5 years of inside/ outside sales experience (Preferred but not essential)
    • Must be willing and able to make a high volume of outbound calls (Essential)
    • Proficiency in all MS-Office applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Experience with social media such as LinkedIn and CRM systems.
    • Must be willing to make a career sacrifice in the first 2-3 years to ensure that goals are achieved, and your success is accomplished.

    EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s degree is preferred

    COMPENSATION:

    • BASE SALARY WITH HIGHLY INCENTIVIZED COMMISSION AND BONUS PLAN.
      • Expected earnings range between $60,000 to $110,000 for recruiters. A promotion to Business Development has an earning potential from $120,000- $300,000 in total income.
