    Job Description

    The 3D designer develops high-quality 3D assets and environments to support product visualization, packaging design, merchandising displays, web and print content, and event booth renders. This position has a strong eye for detail, a deep understanding of texturing and lighting, and experience delivering immersive, on-brand visual experiences.

    • Visualize and create realistic 3D assets of products, packaging, merchandising, website visuals, and print visuals.
    • Develop short-form 3D motion graphic videos for a variety of needs.
    • Create AR space and booth renderings
    • Maintain awareness of current design and 3D technology trends to continually bring innovation to visual storytelling.
    • Lead the creation, execution and management of digital asset library for marketing department
    • Ensure product accuracy and brand consistency in all projects.
    • Manage and work on multiple projects at one time. Ability to pivot as needed.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in video production, motion graphics, graphic design, 3D design, or related field required or have 10 years of commensurate experience.
    • Minimum 5-7 years successful experience developing 3D assets and environments using tools such as: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cinema 4D, and 3D Max.
    • Prior experience in creating 3D products and materials from conception to going live is required.
    • Prior experience working within the power tool industry is required.
    • Basic understanding and utilization of project management software such as Hive.
    • Intermediate experience in setting up, managing, and utilizing Adobe Bridge.
    • Intermediate experience in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering.
    • Intermediate experience with AR/VR workflows and spatial design considerations.
    • Ability to visually demonstrate a strong understanding of lighting, materials, and real-time rendering workflows.
    • Prior experience in developing 3D designs with motion design or animation.
    • Intermediate experience with Microsoft 365 suite, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
    • Must be comfortable using a PC for design work.
