    Job Description

    We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
    • Provide information about the products and services
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Associates or related degree in Accounting
    • 1-2 years of related customer service experience
    • Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills; presents information in a clear, concise manner.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and enjoys helping customers
    • Must be confident and dedicated to the tasks at hand.
