    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Research, interpret and analyze North American EH&S regulations and provide specifications for implementation of enhancements into the 3E products including regulatory news, databases and SDS Authoring software applications.
    • Research regulations to provide answers to clients about compliancy. Coordinate interpretation decisions with other internal Subject Matter Experts when appropriate.
    • Determine logic necessary to incorporate new and updated rules for support of GHS and other regulatory requirements.
    • Provide internal and external client support and regulatory analysis as well as making decisions when the answer falls in the grey area or it requires further in-depth regulatory/legal analysis)
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degrees desirable.
    • Chemistry and/or natural Science background/education preferred.
    • Food or Chemical regulatory/ legal experience is required.
    • Technical aptitude is required.
    • Ability to analyze regulatory requirements and compile technical specifications within the development process.
    • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience working both independently and as part of multi-disciplinary teams.
    • Excellent time management and self-management skills.
    • Excellent analytical, research and writing skills.
