Position: Capstone is seeking an Operations Coordinator to provide operational support for the day-to-day function of the program. This role will work out of our Duxbury VT office and holds overall programmatic responsibility for shepherding new and returning participants through our eligibility and intake process, ensuring a smooth transition to the Project Manager. This role will maintain, expand, and strengthen partner and client awareness and utilization, and provide comprehensive administrative and office support to the 3E team.

Qualifications :

• Experience in program administration, preferably in energy efficiency and weatherization.
• Experience working with vulnerable populations with sensitivity to the challenges and barriers faced.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, with an emphasis on Excel; ability to learn and utilize various databases and software, as required.
• Ability to be flexible to changing priorities and adjust strategies in response to new information
• Willingness to commit to a flexible work schedule that includes statewide travel.
• Ability to travel to job sites. Reliable and insured vehicle with a valid driver's license, with the ability to pass a driving record check.
• Ability to foster collaboration, promote a positive work culture, and leverage the strengths of each team member, supporting inclusive and diverse teams with different levels of experience and expertise.
• Ability to communicate clearly through verbal reports, communications, presentations, and interpersonal interactions, adapting and adjusting the communication as appropriate for the situation.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to understand and manage their own emotions as well as empathizing with others.
