    How The Role Works

    3EX Holdings is looking for a proven Chief Operating Officer (COO) that nerds out on scaling service delivery systems.

    Outcomes

    • Increase Customer Satisfaction (NPS = 80+)
    • Increase Gross Margin (80%+)
    • Increase Service Delivery Capacity (∅ Can't Pitch / Can't Service)

    Responsibilities

    • Define, Recruit, Hire, Onboard, Cross-Train Your Operations Team
    • Improve Inventory Management (✓In / ✓Out / Location / Who / Log / Liquidate)
    • Improve Fleet Management (Upkeep, Standardization, Proactive, Documentation)
    • Standardize Systems & Processes (Policies & Procedures)
    • Negotiate with Vendors / Find Low-Cost Provider (Lower COGS)
    • Maximize Structural Integrity (Redundancy)
    • Improve Resource Management & Utilization (Turns)
    • Decrease Required Lead Time
    • Budgeting, Reporting, Building Internal Tools
    • Outsource & Automate Admin Work

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Competitive Salary - Based on Track Record
