We are looking for a Top Tier, Highly Technical, Commercial amp; Residential HVAC General Manager who is familiar with the Florida climate and how HVAC systems are affected by it. Key Requirements:

• · Proven experience in the HVAC field, with boots-on-the-ground expertise
• · Strong leadership and managerial skills
• · Recommended Service Titan software experience
• · In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and industry trends
• · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• · Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
• · Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects
• · Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance
• · Experience in creating accurate and competitive project quotes
• · Demonstrated success in leading and motivating high-performing teams
• · Proficient in QuickBooks or similar financial management software
• · Extensive experience in overseeing the overall operations of an HVAC company

Experience:

• 10+ years of HVAC experience (field and office preferred)
• Sales experience
• High School Diploma or equivalency
