The successful candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

• · Must have the ability to read and understand blueprints, submittals, and plan details.
• · Must be familiar with current building codes.
• · This position involves hands-on work and being accountable for the quality of work on projects.
• · Need to have basic tools, and experience as an HVAC Foreman.
• · A valid Florida driver's license with a good driving record is a must.
• · Excellent working conditions and salary for the right candidate.
• · Must have EPA Certification
• · Commercial Installation Experience is a Plus
• · Fluent in the English Language (Reading, writing and speaking)
• · Service Titan Experience is a plus
• · Honest and Dependable
