Position: HVAC Service Manager Location: Tampa, FL

Job Overview: As an HVAC Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our HVAC service team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service, managing service schedules, and leading a team of skilled technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC services, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

· Team Leadership:

o Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of HVAC technicians.

o Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to ensure optimal team performance.

o Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

· Operations Management:

o Oversee service schedules, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.

o Prioritize and assign tasks to team members based on skills and workload.

o Monitor and optimize workflow for maximum efficiency.

· Customer Interaction:

o Collaborate with customers to understand their HVAC needs and address any concerns.

o Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

o Work to resolve any service-related issues promptly.

· Technical Expertise:

o Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

o Provide technical support and guidance to the service team.

o Conduct regular training sessions to enhance technical skills.

· Inventory Management:

o Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary parts and equipment.

o Collaborate with procurement to maintain efficient stock levels.

Qualifications:

• · Good Driver’s License record (required for insurance)
• · Proven experience in HVAC service and maintenance.
• · Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• · Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• · Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• · Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
• · Technical proficiency in HVAC systems and equipment.

Education and Experience:

• · Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC Excellence, NATE) a plus.
• · Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the HVAC industry.
