Job Summary
We are seeking an Outside Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers face-to-face to identify their needs, process orders, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great experience with our company and its client's services. The ideal candidate is friendly, possesses a positive attitude, is willing to learn new skills and is able to remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities
Interact with a number of customers daily to identify their needs and provide solutions
Refer to proven systems for a variety of customer service topics
Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
Document all customer interactions
Meet personal and team goals and metrics
Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
Lead training workshops
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
Comfortable using customer management software (CRM)
Excellent verbal communication skills
Understanding of active listening techniques
Ability to work well under pressure
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
