At 3MK, we are an Outsourced Direct Marketing and Sales firm and looking to add several Entry Level Sales Reps to our team. We pride ourselves in the internal and merit based growth and promotions. We are looking for the right candidates to help us with our long term vision and goals. This position involves direct sales and Face-to Face marketing to customers and clients on a daily basis.

On a daily basis our Marketing and Sales Team is responsible for learning how to acquire new customers and retain existing ones. Learn and develop strong communication skills and sales strategies for new clients. Other responsibilities include: - Office responsibilities – Training – Public Speaking – Coaching newer team members

3MK doesn’t have requirements for the position since we believe that each person should be based on their personal worth versus what is on a piece of paper. But, things we do look for in our ideal candidates are:

2 or 4 year degree in business, admin, office, marketing, hospitality, sports, management

Other degrees of current associates are: Communications, media, social marketing, analytics, economics, History, English, Languages, American Studies, Gender studies, Journalism, Culinary Arts, etc…

1-5 years of customer service, sales, retail, hospitality or server/kitchen experience

Previous internship in marketing, business, social media, sales, customer relations, politics

Prior leadership roles
