Job Description

Our global CPG company, with a presence in over 100 countries, is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to enhance our supply chain operations and meet the growing demands of our domestic markets. This role requires an in-office presence in Lehi, UT, and offers a unique opportunity to drive a significant impact on our global supply network.

• Oversee 3PL warehouse functions at domestic third-party warehouse locations, including inventory, order flow, fulfillment operations, and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party warehouse suppliers and logistics partners.
• Contribute to logistics and supply chain strategies to support market demands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
• Analyze and mitigate risks associated with domestic supply chain operations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain processes as we expand into new regions.
• Report to management on performance metrics and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

We seek team members adept at contributing their expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• Experience in 3PL warehouse sourcing and management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of supply chain management experience.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex datasets.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP and supply chain management software.
