Immediate hiring a Mail Machine Operator / Mail Inserter for a production and mailing environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with machinery, staying organized, and ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced production setting.

In this position, you will operate high-speed mail inserting equipment to prepare and process outgoing client mail, ensuring every piece is assembled and mailed correctly.

Schedule- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | Monday – Friday

Pay- $17.00 – $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Operate high-speed mail inserting machines that insert printed materials such as letters, statements, and booklets into folders or envelopes

Set up and adjust equipment to ensure efficient operation

Monitor machine performance and make adjustments when necessary

Read and follow job instructions and job tickets to ensure accuracy

Verify materials, contents, and quantities for each job

Work with automated inserting and mailing equipment that uses barcode scanning and validation systems

Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine maintenance when needed

Tray and palletize completed mail for shipment

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
