    Starting Pay Rate $18.25 hour (Third Shift -- 8p-6a) -- Includes Shift Premium

    • Searching for reliable individuals

    We are looking for process orientated candidates that are quality driven, attentive to detail and prefer a structured working environment to manufacture parts for the automotive industry.

    Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Operators a variety of production machines (stamping and welding).
    • Follows written instructions to determine production requirements and part specifications as displayed on scheduling boards and work standard sheets.
    • Secondary sources of information include, but are not limited to, oral instructions from supervisors and/or other employees.
    • Manually loads parts or blanks into machine and place parts into inventory baskets

  • Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to functional work or role with 6-8 years of relevant work experience

     

    OR 

    • Demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through 8+ years of applicable work experience.

    • Experience with email and/or marketing automation software and/or databases is preferred.

    • Knowledge of HTML and CSS is preferred.

    • STRONG PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS, ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS, AND TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS

    • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.

    • Knowledge of desktop software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and/or enterprise G-Suite tools.

    • May require knowledge of or ability to quickly learn specialized software to complete work assignments.  

    • Able to demonstrate ability to solve somewhat more complex problems by analyzing variables and applying appropriate solutions learned through experience and proficiency in understanding the job. 

    • Must be able to recognize anomalies and critical situations and respond appropriately.  

    • Must be able to communicate and interact with a variety of internal/external customers and/or co-workers at level of detail required to resolve issues of moderate complexity.

    • Certification on SFMC is not required, but is preferred.
