Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Light Industrial Contractor to support warehouse and distribution operations at our Baltimore, MD facility. The contractor will be responsible for a variety of material handling and logistics tasks to ensure efficient inbound and outbound freight operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Move, stage, and organize palletized materials in a safe and efficient manner

• Perform picking, lumping, and other general warehouse duties as assigned

• Assist with inbound and outbound freight processing

• Operate pallet jacks (manual and electric) in accordance with safety standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment preferred

• Proficiency in operating manual and electric pallet jacks

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds regularly

• Strong English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision
