Job Description
Client Service Associate will work directly with the court appointed Conservator to complete various administrative tasks. In this role, you be responsible for working with assigned clients to ensure day-to-day needs are met. And achieve and maintain close contact with clients. This will also involve building relationships with the Probate court team and numerous other teams you will contact to ensure clients’ services are in place.
30 hours per week to start (Can become full-time)
Work schedule: 6 hours - Monday to Friday (flexible)

The Requirements
1 Enjoy being an advocate for those who need help
2 0-2 year experience in client-facing role
3 Some college experience preferred
4 Demonstrate strong problem-solving capability
5 Excellent verbal and written communication skills to include phone conversation and email communication
6 Demonstrated analytical ability, strong decision-making skills, and conflict resolution
7 Ability to work independently, yet actively and appropriately engage the services needed by clients
8 Strong time management and organization skills
9 Solid working knowledge of computer software packages including MS Word and MS Excel
10 Strong attention to detail.
