What we do

We partner with big 3 consulting firms to design, develop, and maintain complex, heterogeneous, and client facing web-based automation systems that deliver social and welfare benefits to millions of families, nationwide. To develop such highly complex web applications we need professionals with broad range of experience and skills ranging from subject matter experts, computer programmers, project managers, tester, systems analysts and others. We invest in training our employees and retool their expertise to meet our project needs.

Job Title:  Project Manager  

Location: Anywhere (Remote),U.S.A./ Baton Rouge ,L.A

Responsibilities:

             Responsible for project's actions and communications to Project Sponsors and an Executive Steering Committee for accomplishment of project’s objectives.

             Responsible to complete project and its deliverables within the defined constraints of time, cost, and quality.

             Responsible to apply project management principles to initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, and close project.

             Responsible to lead Integrated Project Team and Change Control Board meetings and activities.

             Responsible to ensure identification and documentation of risks and issues.

             Experience managing and supporting QA/QC team functions

             Responsible to conduct project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.

             Responsible to ensure adherences to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.

Minimum Requirements:

             Experience of eight years producing assessments for workable solutions for business needs.

             Eight years’ experience in successful managing assessment and gap analysis projects.

             Must  have eight years of experience establishing project organization and defining roles and responsibilities.

             Eight years of experience managing projects using Key Performance Indicators, Earned Value Management, Schedule Performance Index, Cost Performance Index, Critical Eight years of experience producing documents for executive management.

             Path Analysis, and development of Work Breakdown Structures

             Eight years of experience monitoring the work of and setting priorities for program/business and technical subject matter experts.

             Experience in project developing or enhancing Maven software is a plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses. 

Job may require travel to unanticipated client sites with expenses paid by the employer. 40 hours per week. M-F. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
