4 Corners Deposition Summaries is a leading deposition summary company in the legal industry based in Manhattan Beach, California. We are in search of the right candidate for this job who would enjoy working in the legal industry and interacting with lawyers, secretaries and law firms. Experience preferred but will train the right person.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven track record of effective sales techniques and strategy / 1 year sales experience (preferred)

• Two years of legal industry sales experience (preferred)

• Basic technology knowledge (Computer, tablets, cell phone) (required)

• Valid driver’s license meeting company insurance guidelines (required)

• Display a professional, friendly, upbeat appearance and attitude.

• Report to work at the designated start time

• Have dependable transportation to travel to and from job-sites/appointments

• Must be proactive, self-motivated and positive

RESPONSIBILITIES

• At-office presentation of work product samples and literature

• Address and anticipate customer needs in products, pricing, availability, product uses

Sales position duties/responsibilities

· Emails

· Setting appointments

· Networking/Attending Mixers, events

· Weekly Sales Meetings

· Field representative

· Attend/Exhibit at seminars

· Attend/Exhibit at 5+ trade shows per year

o Travel required

· Lead generation

o Work with lead generators

· Monitoring incoming website

· Campaigns/Promos

o Work with CEO on scheduling/sending campaigns, promos

· Client and potential new visits

• Follow up after jobs completed to provide the best possible customer service
• Ride along training
• NO COLD CALLING, leads provided

SALARY PLUS COMMISSION employment opportunity with added bonuses, paid travel, and additional compensation for mileage.

Job Type: Full or Part -time

Pay: Starting $25,000 to $45,000.00 DOE plus commission
