    SUMMARY: The Corporate Recruiter provides operational support for the recruitment and employee experience functions in the HR Department. This position provides full life cycle recruiting of candidates. The position supports various HR events and activities and ensures compliance with HR policies and all applicable state and federal laws.

    JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    •    Provide exceptional full cycle recruiting to all 4over locations while utilizing best practices.

    •    Create a seamless hiring process to support the employee engagement journey, and our commitment to a diverse and inclusive culture. 

    •    Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers, including 4over leadership, vendors, universities, community organizations and other team members to create a partnership that yields success and credibility.

    •    Effectively utilize online recruiting tools and resources and in-house referrals to identify and recruit the best candidates.

    •    Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.

    •    Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.

    •    Prescreen candidates prior to detailed interviewing by hiring managers and include the use of face-to-face best practice interviewing techniques.

    •    Provide stellar communication while managing the scheduling and logistics of interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

    •    Conduct follow-up calls and quality-improvement surveys with hiring managers and new hires.

    •    Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager’s interactions, and other recruiting activities while remaining compliant with all federal, state and local laws and regulations, as well as company policies.

    •    Work cooperatively with all stakeholders to develop and implement talent acquisition plans and activities.

    •    Ensure compliance in accordance with the policies and practices of 4over as well as the Federal, State and local laws, regulations and administrative rulings of governmental organizations and other regulatory and advisory authorities and organizations.

    •    Maintain knowledge of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices and provide input to ensure consistent administration of the recruiting process that aligns with organizational goals while remaining compliant with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements and laws.

    •    Evaluate and provide input on the impact of new programs/strategies and regulatory action as those items impact the attraction, motivation, development and retention of our people resources.

    •    Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.

    REQUIRMENTS & SKILLS:

    •    Minimum of three years’ experience in full cycle recruiting, to include ability to mine online databases to proactively identify ideal candidates. ADP EXPERIENCE STRONGLY PREFERRED.

    •    Expertise in Microsoft applications including Power Point, Excel, Visio – proficiency creating presentations, spreadsheets, org charts

    •    Excellent project management skills along with a demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions at all levels, including very technical positions.

    •    Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national, multi-location level.

    •    Must be highly organized and motivated, goal and people oriented, possess strong initiative and solid judgment abilities, and be able to operate independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.

    •    Must demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor always as well as the ability to foster a collaborative working environment.

    Must possess the ability to:

    •    adapt to changes in the work environment, delays or unexpected events; manage competing demands; change approach or method to best fit the situation.

    •    effectively and efficiently utilize Microsoft Office applications and other computer products and programs.

    •    handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

    •    hold leadership accountable in talent acquisition activities to ensure compliance in accordance with the policies and practices of 4over as well as the Federal, State and local laws, regulations and administrative rulings of governmental organizations and other regulatory and advisory authorities and organizations.

    •    Bilingual in Farsi/Armenian or Spanish preferred but not required
