4 Point Consulting is looking for 1-2 full cycle recruiters. Open to PT or FT.

Full-cycle recruiter who will be responsible for managing clients and candidates throughout the full recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, referrals, reference checks, etc... Your primary focus will be filling high volume positions and other normal open positions. You will need to prioritize your workload to meet multiple deadlines for a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate for this role:

• Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years recruitment experience
• Search firm experience is a plus
• Desire to do the full life cycle of recruiting including sourcing and phone screening
• Experience in LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, and working in ATS with a high level of attention to detail required
