    4 Point Consulting is working with Luscious Garage to recruit and hire a Service Advisor for their growing hybrid specialty shop team.

    LG is a hybrid specialty shop located in downtown San Francisco. We work on *a lot* of Prius, other hybrids too, and a mixed bag of Asian/Domestic in between.

    Qualifications:

    Enjoyment of fast-paced auto shop environments

    2+ years of experience writing service and selling auto repair

    College level communication skills, verbal and written

    Attention to detail

    Ability to listen

    Ability to focus and follow-through

    Ambition to learn new things and take on more responsibilities for career advancement

    No hybrid experience required. We will train, and it will be your best opportunity to learn technology anywhere.

    Most important is the right personality to fit in our team and advocate for our customers, to provide a super positive experience while they fix their car.

    Job responsibilities:


    • Monitor and respond to all contact channels.

    • Manage shop schedule and logistics.

    • Prepare estimates for upcoming appointments and in-flight repairs

    • Communicate detail and updates to customers in a clear, confident, non-pressured, and compassionate manner at all times.

    • Greet customers during drop off and pick up.

    • Handle payments.

    • Move and park cars to expedite workflow.

    • Handle some basic facility maintenance (water plants, run to Costco, etc.).

    Solid base pay for San Francisco plus commission based on shop revenue.
