Job Overview: We are seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) / Registered Nurses (RN) to join our healthcare team. Job Types: Contract – 4 weeks

Pay: $37 for LPN $47 for RN

Required Hours: 32 hours per week – 4 days per week including at least 1 weekend (Saturday or Sunday)

Required Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Medical Specialty: Geriatrics

Physical Setting: Long term care

Experience: Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification: BLS Certification (Required) LPN (Required) RN (Required)

Responsibilities:

For LPNs:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.

Perform routine patient assessments, including vital signs and health screenings.

Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.

Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with facility policies.

Educate patients on health management and disease prevention.

Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals.

For RNs:

Perform venipuncture and other necessary procedures with precision.

Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.

Provide acute pain management strategies to enhance patient comfort.

Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.

Maintain accurate medical records using Athenahealth or similar electronic health record systems.

Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols to promote safety and quality of care.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Stay updated on advancements in nursing practices, including esthetic laser treatment techniques.
