About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Create engaging lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Facilitate interactive activities that encourage exploration and curiosity.

Provide a safe and supportive classroom environment for children to thrive.

Communicate with parents to share progress and discuss developmental milestones.

Implement age-appropriate learning materials and resources.

Encourage positive behavior and conflict resolution among children.

Conduct assessments to track each child's development and learning progress.

Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the curriculum and classroom experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents.

Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative lesson plans.

Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education standards.

CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for teaching young children.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
