    A dynamic Consulting Engineering and Construction Management firm with headquarters in San Francisco and offices in Oakland and Los Angeles is looking for the following position: Bookkeeper/Office Manage- Full time position. This position requires a highly qualified, experienced individual with a minimum of 10-15 years of Bookkeeping working for a small to medium size firm preferably in engineering or construction industry. This person should be capable of maintaining general ledger and prepare financial statements, be responsible for full-cycle A/P, client billing and collection, prepare bank reconciliation and monitor daily cash flow, manage and process payroll using ADP, execute HR functions, support annual FAR-31 audit for government projects, order and deal w vendors for office supplies and equipment and provide a bit of property management. To be detailed oriented and dependable is a must. A college degree is a plus. This position can be performed partially remote. Our clients range from public agencies at local, state and government levels as well as private sectors. Types of projects include but not limited to airport/transportation (BART, Muni, LAX, SFO & MTA), educational facilities (K-12, Higher education), industrial, commercial, hotel, high rise building, etc. Our company provides competitive compensation based on experience.
