We are seeking a Field Customer Service Representative to join our team!
YOU WILL NOT BE DRIVING A COUNTY VEHICLE, BUT RATHER BE RIDING ALONG WITH STAFF.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing on-site technical support and performing customer support tasks.
- Collect GPS data points in the field utilizing handheld GPS equipment
- Replace small water meters, (after being trained by us)
- Identifying any issues and performing troubleshooting procedures.
- Determining customer needs and offering recommendations.
- Ensure top-notch customer support.
- Managing work progress and ensuring adherence to schedules.
- Tracking and documenting work progress and writing service reports.
