    We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Behavior Technician to join our team, working directly with adults in their group homes in Santa Ana, Buena Park, and Lomita, California.     Behavior Technician Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide Direct Support: Work hands-on with adults with disabilities, implementing individualized behavior support plans to help them achieve their personal goals and develop new skills.
    • Empower and Train: Collaborate with our BCBA supervisor to help train group home staff, ensuring consistent and effective application of behavior strategies.
    • Promote Independence: Support individuals in improving their daily living skills, social interactions, and overall independence.
    • Learn and Grow: Gain invaluable experience in ABA, with direct mentorship from a BCBA, perfect for anyone looking to advance their career in this field.

    Behavior Technician Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent, required
    • One (1) year of experience as a Behavior Technician or experience working with children with Autism and/or other developmental disabilities, preferred or as required by regulations
    • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including the ability to interact and communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external audiences and colleagues
    • Communicate and work professionally and cooperatively with others
    • Successfully pass all post offer, pre-employment screening requirements, including criminal background check, drug screening, health screening, TB screening and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
    • Ability to run, push, pull, bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to twenty-five(25) pounds
    • Valid and current proof of legal right to drive; required
