    Job Description

    We’re a growing performance marketing agency specializing in ecommerce. Our brands have millions of customers and we’re always testing new products that are built to scale.     THE ROLE IN PLAIN ENGLISH: You will be creating ads and launching campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to grow sales of our products while hitting ROAS targets. You will be in charge of constantly testing new ads, targeting options, and landing page/funnel experiences. You will be responsibly for constantly monitoring your campaigns and making sure we’re profitable on each of your ads. Budgets for Facebook typically range from $20-40k per day. You will be held accountable for ROAS and scale. Outstanding results look like doubling-tripling our existing ad spend while hitting our minimum ROAS goals.

    EXPECTATIONS:

    • You wake up and check to see how each of your ads are performing: how much did they spend yesterday? how are CTRs, CPAs, and ROAS looking? Which landing page is winning from the split test you launched yesterday?
    • You analyze the revenue reports to see exactly how much each ad made. You learn what did well, what did poorly, and you plan your new ideas for the day based on that data.
    • You use our internal reporting tools to analyze which funnels, ad copy, and video ads are getting the highest ROAS. What else can we test?
    • Check out ads and funnels from competitors and other ecommerce ideas to make sure we’re testing everything possible.
    • Your new promotions are ready to market- you work with our copywriter and video editors to test new creatives and angles.
    • You meticulously create tracking links for each campaign- knowing one mistake could cost tens of thousands of dollars.
    • You upload your campaigns into Facebook with the correct targeting settings and double check your work.
    • You set your masterpieces live and analyze the data in real time to see what is working and how you can work better.
    • You troubleshoot any issue with the team that may come up- reporting isn’t working correctly, conversion rate looks oddly low, etc.
    • None of the ads you uploaded yesterday are performing - you work late, grind it out, and create more ads.
    • You provide suggestions to the management teams on how to improve and automate your process.

    COMPENSATION: $30-40k salary plus a commission on gross profit.
