Youth Soccer Coach Children Ages 2-8

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with an emphasis on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication.

BENEFIT TO YOU:

Starting Pay - $30-$35/hour

After initial training, Part time coaches coach between 4 and 29 sessions per week, depending on work availability

WHAT YOU NEED:

Passion for early education and positively impacting youth

Reliable transportation and a valid Drivers License

High School Diploma

Eligible to work in the U.S., to include passing a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check.

Coaching and playing experience is preferred but not required. We will train you!

HOURS:

Flexible hours from weekday mornings (9am-11:30am), weekday afternoons (2:30-4:00pm), Weekday evenings (4:30-6:30pm), and Weekend mornings (9-11:30am)

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Safely manage a class of up to 15 children

Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development

Arrive on-time to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families

Maintain equipment and manage your class rosters

Go home knowing you made a difference

OUR CULTURE:

We are a young company with a lively culture. We encourage our coaches to hang out with each other and organize events for the team to attend. Pickup soccer games, community events, team dinners and end-of-season parties are very common within our organization.

Compensation: $30-35 per hour (Part Time)

Soccer experience NOT necessary. Energy and enthusiasm for life is a MUST! Patience to deal with a group of 2-3 year olds needed as well!

In addition to the above, a successful candidate must pay for and pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check. This background check costs between $50.00-$70.00.
