We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Non-Profit Event Coordinator with a focus on direct marketing to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Event Planning and Execution:

Plan, coordinate, and execute non-profit events to achieve fundraising and awareness goals.

Collaborate with team leaders to ensure seamless event logistics.

Manage all aspects of event execution, from check-in to exit.

Direct Marketing:

Develop and implement direct marketing strategies to reach target audiences and maximize participant involvement.

Utilize traditional marketing, to promote campaigns and engage potential donors.

Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, making data-driven recommendations for team improvement.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with the marketing team to align event strategies with overall organizational goals.

Communicate effectively with donors, leaders, and administration to ensure everyone is well-informed and engaged in the event planning process.

Qualifications:

Enthusiasm for non-profit work and a strong desire to contribute to community causes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits

Weekly pay basis including base salary and commissions.
