Job Summary

We are seeking experienced, highly motivated and friendly Windows Sales Associates to join our team! As a Windows Sales Representative, you will educate customers on the benefits of replacing the windows in their home. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Window Sales, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Greet each customer with a smile and educated windows sales pitch

Attend weekly meetings to better understand and help reach our company goals

Ongoing communication with customers from start to finish of their window project

Must have own vehicle for transportation

Must have own cell phone for apps and communication purposes

Drive sales goals as set forth by the company

Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Must own vehicle for daily transportation to local areas

Willingness to work well in a team environment

Willingness to work a flexible schedule

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
