Accounting Clerk

5 Star Auto Plaza is in need of a versatile individual who has experience in a fast paced environment. Prefer auto dealership experience but will train someone with solid accounting skills and experience. You must be a team player who can also work independently with little supervision and complete tasks on time. This is a busy dealership and the work pace is fast.

· Job responsibilities may include assisting in accounting functions in the dealership and assist Office Manager and resolve any issues

· Processing of A/P and A/R

· Working with service department to ensure timely and accurate posting of all service work

· Processing cancellations/refunds for product

· Daily deposits reconciliations

· Working with various excel files

· Posting of car deals and examine contracts for errors

· Input of warranty and aftermarket products

· Assist with various office duties

· Issue checks for lien payoffs and submit to financial institutions

· Reconcile schedules

· Strong attention to detail

· Prior dealership experience preferred
