Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation: Perform on-site installations of 525 Technologies' products, including hardware solutions (Cameras and Interactive Panels), and data drops at client locations. Follow installation procedures and guidelines to ensure smooth and efficient setup.

2. Configuration: Configure hardware devices according to client requirements and specifications. Customize settings, integrate with existing systems, and perform testing to ensure functionality.

3. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to installations, hardware malfunctions, or software configurations. Utilize problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to address issues promptly and minimize downtime.

4. Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support throughout the installation process and beyond. Assist clients with setup, answer questions, and provide training on product usage and maintenance as needed.

5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including equipment configurations, troubleshooting steps, and customer interactions. Complete all required documentation in a timely and thorough manner.

6. Quality Assurance: Ensure that installations meet quality standards and comply with company policies and procedures. Conduct thorough testing and validation to confirm that systems are functioning correctly before completing installations.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and customer support, to coordinate installation schedules, share knowledge, and provide feedback for product improvement. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant coursework preferred.
• Experience in technology installation such as Low Voltage Services (running cables), Audio-Visual, and IT Hardware.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with networking concepts, hardware installation, and software configuration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
