MONTHLY NET SALES:

$100,000- $124,999 - BONUS - $1,000

$125,000-$149,999 - BONUS - $2,000

$150,000-$199,999 - BONUS - $3,000

$200,000-$249,999 - BONUS - $5,000

$250,000-$299,999 - BONUS - $6,000

$300,000-$350,000 - BONUS - $7,000

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Perform in-home inspections and diagnose basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and/or crawlspace issues • Create, present, and explain solutions to customer • Secure agreement while in customer’s home • Partner with Production and Field Ops teams to help drive projects to completion • Focus on providing Five-Star customer service experience throughout all client interactions

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:

• Sales experience in construction, home improvement, or home services • Strong in-home sales experience • Excellent customer service skills • Positive and outgoing attitude • Able to establish and maintain customer relationships • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment
