    5M PROMOTIONS has an exciting opportunity for a Client Service Representative Role. 5M PROMOTIONS specializes in providing products and services to the Philadelphia population on behalf of Verizon Fios. Our team members operate in a fast-paced dynamic environment that is essential to delivering superior client services in community-based settings. We are searching for a Client Service Representative to provide sales expertise and services to a client that will improve their margins, bottom line, and overall exposure throughout the market. 

     We are looking for a creative thinker to offer different perspectives and solutions while multitasking to meet and exceed clients' daily needs on matters related to products and services. We need a creative thinker who can invent, problem solve, create, and communicate in fresh new ways that will help connect with targeted customers to increase client revenue. The ideal candidate will be excellent at communications and demonstrate project and time management skills based on deadlines to increase customer acquisition. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining professional relationships by providing top-notch customer service and addressing all customer service matters. You will also support company revenue by assisting in community outreach events to enroll potential new customers and having clear well-defined goals. The Client Service Representative will assist the Account Manager with client satisfaction, monitoring marketing programs, collaborating with vendors, developing, and implementing business development plans and strategies.

     

    CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients to resolve challenges and address concerns in a timely manner 
    • Build strong relationships with clients and customers by utilizing consultative skills to uncover needs and present tailored product/service recommendations 
    • Assist the Account Manager by providing support to meet customer expectations, provide solutions, and promote products and services. 
    • Create daily territory schedules that accurately reflect clients’ preferred community locations and communicate it with the Account Manager 
    • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with the Account Manager in the assigned territory to collaborate on a customer-focused approach 
    • Collaborate with the Account Manager to address long-term and short-term program enrollment goals to increase client revenue 
    • Communicate all client and customer issues to the Account Manager

     

     

    CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS: 

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred 
    • 1-3 years experience in a customer service role
    • Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team 
    • Strong work ethic and inner drive to continually acquire new clients 
    • The commitment to the confidentiality of customers' records 
    • Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel within a 20-mile radius
