    Graphic Designer Job Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals, target audience, and design requirements.
    • Create visually appealing and effective graphic designs for various digital and print mediums, including websites, mobile apps, eCommerce platforms, web applications, and more.
    • Develop engaging and on-brand visual content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and display advertising.
    • Produce high-quality illustrations, infographics, and other visual elements to enhance marketing materials.
    • Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements into web and mobile applications.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques to elevate the Hexagon brand.

    Graphic Designer Qualifications/Skills:

    • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
    • Creative thinking and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
    • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and layout.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
    • Resourceful and able to adapt to the ever-changing world of marketing.

    Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a digital marketing or web development environment.
    • Familiarity with the principles of user experience (UX) design.
    • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
    • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet project deadlines.
