WHO YOU ARE:
• You are eager to advance social justice and understand how to use digital advertising and data to help build a more just world. • You have 2-3 years of experience setting up and managing Facebook advertising and/or Google advertising campaigns, ideally for progressive political campaigns, non-profit organizations, or other mission-driven entities that serve the public good. • You have a deep understanding of Facebook Ad Manager, A/B testing, custom audiences, lead generation, the conversion funnel, and data management. • You understand how to interpret real-time performance insights, determine winning strategies, and optimize media campaigns by using data, metrics, and creative thinking. • You possess the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, ensuring all client needs and deadlines are met • You are creative, organized, responsible, collaborative, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment • You have experience developing websites and tracking analytics (not required, but a plus). • You have experience optimizing SEO (not required, but a plus). • You have experience creating digital content for organic or paid distribution (not required, but a plus)
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
The Digital Advertising Specialist supports all account teams across the agency on a variety of campaigns and is responsible for executing digital tactics across multiple channels to achieve client goals.
All employees in this position are expected to retain a valid driver’s license and a purchased or leased automobile for personal transportation to work events with a valid inspection sticker. The Digital Advertising Specialist is at an equivalent level to the Junior Account Manager. The current minimum starting salary offer for this position is $42,500. The current maximum starting salary offer for this position is $52,499. Starting salary offer amounts are furnished at the discretion of the agency with adherence to contractually guaranteed minimum pay rates and are also based on the relevant experience level of the applicant and on agency hiring needs. 617MediaGroup is proud to be a union shop and 617MediaGroup employees are covered by a collective bargaining agreement.
