92806 JOB DESCRIPTION ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Associates are the liaison between the customer and the brokerage. Below are some of the roles and responsibilities they hold.

Process and Monitor Customer and Internet sales.

Professionally handling customer requests for tickets in person, by phone and by email.

• Taking initiative to find events to maximize inventory and customer needs.
• Support customer requests, troubleshooting, and any questions they may have.
• Fulfill orders via Mobile Transfer
• Verifying barcodes on ticket groups for fulfillment
• Shipping out and delivering physical tickets

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Pop Culture Enthusiast
• Sports, Theatre, and or Music Interests
• Some College Education
• Concert or Live Event Experience savvy (preferred, not required)

PREFERRED SKILLS Preferred Skills are, but not limited to: well spoken, personable, team player, bi-lingual, proficient in Microsoft office, sales experience, organized and detailed oriented. Company Perks
