Responsibilities: Follow up with all leads to schedule listing appointments Handle contract process alongside Buyers' Agents to negotiate contracts to closing Conduct market analysis and work with clients to stage, price and market homes to achieve a quick sale Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings to ensure quick sales Provide listing presentations for leads Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone People oriented Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease Ability to communicate effectively Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 yearly
