DESCRIPTION 

75F seeks a motivated Warehouse and Logistics Specialist.  You will be responsible for customer order fulfillment (picking and packing), shipping and receiving, cycle counting, and light product assembly. In addition, you will be an owner in ensuring quality product reaches our customer. This includes testing and packing products prior to shipment. You must be self-motivated with a mechanical aptitude. As well as comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.

 You must enjoy troubleshooting, testing, and other standard operations duties.  This requires developing a proficient understanding of 75F proprietary hardware and software. The role does not require regular travel and is based in Edina, MN. Although, to fully understand the product you would be required on occasion to go to jobsites for hands-on training.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned)

• Assemble products as needed.
• Conduct quality assurance testing.
• Picking & packing of products for shipment.
• Perform routine inventory cycle counts.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures, including keeping workspace and inventory organized.
• Use ERP software to complete transactions and shipments.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (RECOMMENDED)

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of Warehouse and Logistics Experience.

OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior warehouse experience
• Previous use of ERP software, a plus
• Ability to learn new applications quickly.
• Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Basic electronics knowledge and experience.
• Work effectively in a team environment
• Frequently ascends/descends a ladder.
• Frequently move boxes and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds 75%, occasionally up to 100 pounds 15%.
• Intermediate computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to self-manage and self-motivate; forward thinking.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 70%.
