    DESCRIPTION   75F seeks a motivated Fulfillment and Logistics Technician.  You will be responsible for customer order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, maintaining inventory levels, and updating product.  You must be self-motivated with a mechanical aptitude. As well as comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.

    You must enjoy troubleshooting, testing, and other standard operations duties.  This requires developing a proficient understanding of 75F proprietary hardware and software. The role does not require regular travel and is based in Burnsville, MN. Although, to fully understand the product you would be required on occasion to go jobsites for hands-on training.   

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Core duties and responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned)

    • Light assembly of products; updating and modification.
    • Quality assurance testing.
    • Packaging of products for shipment.
    • Perform routine inventory cycle counts.
    • Updating inventory management data to reflect current activity.
    • Documenting modifications, QA procedures, and testing.
    • Maintain project timelines and outcomes.
    • Follow safety guidelines and procedures, including keeping workspace and inventory organized.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (RECOMMENDED) 1-year certificate from college or technical school or equivalent experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.

    OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS 

    • Knowledge of technical products and systems.

    • Exceptional analytic and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to learn new applications quickly.

    • Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. 

    • Basic electronics knowledge and experience.

    • Effective written and verbal communications and strong comprehension.

    • Frequently ascends/descends a ladder.

    • Frequently move boxes and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds 75%, occasionally up to 100 pounds 15%.

    • Intermediate computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

    • Ability to self-manage and self-motivate; forward thinking.

    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 70%.
