That's where you come in, our appointment setters are the face and voice of RENU, and the first step toward happier homes.

    > > What You Will Do:

    • Initiate a short, scripted conversation with homeowners likely to be interested in replacing their windows.
    • Ask smart, respectful questions to see if they're a good fit
    • Schedule in-home appointments for our experienced closer team
    • Follow up to confirm scheduled appointments via phone/text.
    • Keep everything organized in our CRM and flag what's working (or not)
    • Be a trusted, friendly guide for homeowners through the early part of their journey
